Expect Seasonal Cheer at the Milwaukee Holiday Lights Festival

13 November 2019

On Thursday, November 21st, the Milwaukee Holiday Lights Festival kicks off for its annual run with a lighting ceremony at Pere Marquette Park! The festivities begin with a holiday variety show, followed by the moment the switch flips and downtown Milwaukee blazes to life.

The Holiday Lights Festival runs for about six weeks, until New Year’s Day. Its festive light displays take over not only Pere Marquette Park, but also Zeidler Union Square and Cathedral Square Park. From vibrantly decorated trees to illuminated holiday characters, you can see the entire array of displays when you catch a ride on the Jingle Bus ($1). It picks up guests at The Shops of Grand Avenue’s Center Court and drops them at each part of the Milwaukee Holiday Lights Festival over the course of the season.
