We sincerely hope everyone in our fantastic 7SEVENTY7 community has been loving life so far in 2023.
Additionally, we hope that everyone who set resolutions has been sticking with them. But, we know, that can be difficult.
These past few years have taught us a lot about health, wellness, and well-being. The use of mindfulness philosophies can help achieve goals or, better known at this time of year, resolutions.
Incorporate mindfulness practices into your daily routine. Take time to focus on your breathing or methods to achieve your goals. While drinking your morning coffee or going on an afternoon walk, for example.
This year, instead of one over-ambitious goal or overall resolution, try something different. Take on smaller goals each month, or pick a word that inspires your choices for the year.
Think outside the box and go for some non-typical resolutions. Such as being more polite, meeting new people, learning a new skill, becoming more romantic, and so many other things!
No matter how you approach your New Year’s Resolutions this year, we hope you make 2023 a year to remember!
