March 13 Near 7Seventy7: St. Patrick’s Day Pop-Up Dinner at Lake Geneva County Meats

A caramelized onion and leek tart. Steak and gravy pie. A Guinness stout float. This is the type of three-course Irish feast you’ll be able to devour at the Pop-Up Dinner Series: St. Patrick’s Day event on Saturday, March 13th. Hosted by Lake Geneva Country Meats and Chef Young Cho in a storefront on Main Street, the socially distanced dinner is currently accepting reservations.

Reservations are available for tables of two, four, or six, starting at $70 for two people, which means you’ll only be seated with members of your own party. Everyone else will be spaced at least six feet away. Make sure you don a mask before you come to the dinner at 6 p.m., when you’ll sit down and make your selection of courses. Start with the grilled prawns or the savory tart, then move onto potato-wrapped salmon, lamb chops, or the steak and gravy pie. For a sweet finish, you’re welcome to choose either the apple bread pudding with Bushmills whiskey caramel sauce or the Guinness float. Grab beer or wine from the bar to go with each course, too!
